No. While Elixar Labs Beauty products are fulfilled by Supliful, some of our other items may be shipped from different partners depending on the product type and location. As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages.

Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by region:

• UK/Europe: 5–10 business days after fulfilment

• US/Canada: 4–7 business days after fulfilment

• Rest of World: Delivery times may vary depending on local services

A tracking link will be provided once your order is shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect. As most items are made to order, we recommend checking all product details carefully before purchasing. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

If your item is damaged or the wrong product arrives, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund once the issue is verified.

Elixar Labs products will show our brand name on the label. For compliance, you may also see our company name, Cyberportal Limited, listed on shipping documentation.
